Re: Books you'd recommend for NCLEX-RN practice questions?
I just passed boards this past wednesday and I will tell you what I did. I did use Saunders, very good. I also used Mary Ann Hogans Comprehensive review and rationales book with CD. We had a program our school included in our tuition called ATI which helped tremendously as we did these all thru school and were required to pass them to stay in the program, but overall the best thing i did was the kaplan question bank....theses questions kicked my

but they made me think in a way that I know helped me pass boards. do at least 200 questions a day and if you have th stamina, do more. The question bank is awesome, its beyond minimum competency which gets you more than ready for the state board test which I refer to as bee-atch. IF you know someone who took the kaplan course ask them if they mind you loggin in on their account to do the question banks. you may be able to go to kaplan.com and buy the question bank as well. You can also buy a kaplan book that is not the same as the course book but it does come with a CD and it helped me as well. Do questions over and over and also the ncsbn.com has a question bank that I have heard is really awesome. you can also find free nclex exam questions online...google it! Try to do alot of select all that apply...I had a ton of them. My best to you, kaplan question bank is da bomb! My best to you!!
