I never said or even implied that I don't want to get a letter of reference for my current employer. I wanted to know exactly from who should I get references from. When I asked about the references being from current or past employers, I meant: I am not working now, can they be from previous employers? Thanks.

Thanks everyone for taking time to answer my question. Regarding withholding information at MEPS, I will not do it. I rather no qualify for the Army than later being dishonorably discharge. Thanks.

So for clarification and reference for future questions, since the information you've provided would lead someone to believe you are 13: how old are you? was the suicidal ideation at the age of 7 a typo?

The history is 7 years old, not me. I apologize if I was missleading.
