"Quick" questions about the U.S. Army Graduate Program in Anesthesia Nursing:
What's the average class size per year?
How many (or what percent) of those students tend to be active duty versus civilian ascension?
And some clarification questions about anesthesia nursing programs in the military:
Aside from Army, which (if any) branches attend USAGPAN?
Which branches attend USUHS?
Is Army the only branch that allows civilian ascension?
And a final question in case any Army CRNAs are out there: where are the most common deployments? Where have you been deployed?
I'm getting way, way ahead of myself with these questions -- I'm starting my nursing prerequisites this August -- but I have a fervent desire to serve in the military in some nursing capacity; for now, I'm having fun exploring my options. I'm also looking into NP options -- but I don't think the military has its own program for that APN degree, right?
Thanks for your help.
