    Would you suggest working with a State run Psych hospital? I accepted a CNA postion with the state and was just wondering what everyone thought espically those with such experience. The pay is pretty darn good as a starting wage(above average for sure),benefits ive heard are good and the position is unionized. Also, from where most CNA's work(Nursing Homes), the work is lots less pyschially demanding, so I hear.

    Any opinons would be appreciated.

    I have worked in several state psych hospitals. The pay and benefits were very good. I thought they were much better jobs than my nursing home jobs. Best of luck to you in your new job :hatparty:
