Question about a Nurse 1 in Sacramento Area

I have been looking for the pay scale for a Nurse I Level I - An Associate Degree (ADN) or Diploma in Nursing, no experience. I am doing some research on what that actually comes out to hourly/yearly. The problem is even after looking at the government index by occupation list and pay scale tables It does not list what a Nurse I Level I makes. I know it may have something to do with locality pay, but even after looking at the special pay tables I still cannot find it. So how much does the above mentioned position pay? Anyone working for the VA in the Sacramento area please answer.
