So the stipend from the Navy can be used for whatever you want. There are no limitations on how the money is spent. However, in order to be accepted into the NCP, you have to be accepted to a CCNE accredited program. They also ask for you academic plan, signed by the school and you provide transcripts each semester. So unless UCL is CCNE accredited (very few foreign programs are) then I don't believe it is an option. You may also want to keep in mind that in order to join any of the branches, you must have a BSN from a CCNE accredited program. So finishing your BSN at UCL might prevent you from joining the military as a nurse. I would look at options for summer study. Good luck!
