Question about Army ROTC or ANCP

I am currently into my last semester of my nursing pre-reqs for my BSN and I am very interested in joining one of these programs but I am not sure which one is a better option for me.. (I've done research on other branches but my fiance is in the Army so it would be easier if I was in the same branch as him) I know there are already a lot of threads about this topic but I'm still not understanding how to get into either of these options.. Before I go talk to a AMEDD recruiter I wanted to get some perspective on both, please

1) What are the requirements for students who are not in a nursing program (yet)??
2) How did it affect your studying while you were in a program?
