Navy NCP Process

Hello everyone, I am currently a nursing student going through the Navy NCP selection process and I have a couple of questions.

1. I was called by my recruiter and told my package was selected and now my package was waitng selection by the boards. Can someone please clarify what this means and if selection by the boards are guaranteed?

2. Is swimmig really that big of a requirement, I mean on the process of learning, but i am not able to do all the styles they require?

3. If I happen to fail nursing school, how would i have to pay back the money they gave me?
