Joint spouse for USPHS and Air Force

SO it has been said that the branches will all TRY to give you joint spouse but what about if the branches are different? What if it is USPHS and Air Force? Of course no one would try to go where there is no job for them but do the branches talk to each other? Same question would apply if one was Army and one Air Force? etc,, etc,,

Pam -- It's hard enough when dual military spouses are in the same branch of the service -- but harder still when they are in separate branches. And as you go up in rank it gets even harder!! Then when you throw in a specialty -- say OB -- and combine it with a spouse's specialty -- say Field Artillery -- your chances are less. It is not impossible but it can be frustrating.
