Graduate education and the USPHS

I am interested in USPHS but am wondering what the opportunities are for tuition reimbursement and graduate work, etc. Am I "on my own" for this or is there a formal process such as with the Air Force, etc?

USUHS is tuition free, but you have to be AD for the nursing school or medical school program.
