    In regards to an Army spouse searching for options, is it better to work on base or off base?
    Salary-wise? Hours? Expectations? Stations?

    It really depends on where. One major benefit as a spouse - if you work for the military hospital as a GS and you move - if, if if the next place has a place to work and if you get hired you keep your "seniority".
