airforce or navy? bdcp or hpsp??

I need help on deciding whether to join the navy or the airforce. I have heard that the air force is more women friendly.

does anyone know about the Navy's Baccalaureate Degree Completion Program or the Air Force's Health Profession Scholarship Program?????

I believe hpsp is for med students only and not available to nursing students. Which Navy program are you referring to?
