Air Force Reserve COT

Anyone at or recently back from AF Reserve COT? I know there have been A LOT of posts regarding officer training, but seems to be mostly Army. Have been on the Montgomery COT web site, but was wondering about day to day at RCOT..... I understand it 2 weeks. How about the PFTs and weight/taping procedures?? 3 mile run?

I would be interested in this information, also. The website gives some good information, but would love to hear from someone who has been through the RCOTs class.

Register and post - someone will answer your question. There are people posting on that board who've been through COT - loads of them - so I'm sure you could find someone who's been through RCOT.

You know, I'm with you both. There is an awesome new video posted on the website but I'd like to hear someone's experience. I'm not sure I'd get an honest answer from someone posting on the website of their current employer.
