Yes, after your 6yrs as an RN you should get 1:1 credit towards rank. 7yrs of RN experience would be worth 4yrs towards rank or in other words you should have enough credit to enter as a Captain (O-3).

Thanks wtbcrna! My recruiter has said he thinks I will come in as O-3 and being prior enlisted should be O-3E. I hope so anyway. Good luck with the rest of school.
