AF NECP AY13

Hey I am applying for the Air Force NECP program this year and I am completely stressing out about my package. I have worked so hard to be able to apply and I am so worried it will be all for nothing. I have decent grades (4.0 science/ 3.86 cumulative) and 5's on EPRs but they are not all firewalls. I have never been deployed and I don't really have any special awards or anything. Does anyone have any insight on how they rack and stack people? Also I am currently in Aircraft Maintenance. Do they pick people in medical career fields first? And how was the CN interview?
