I was wondering if any of you know the job description of assessment coordinator? What are the duties and responsibilities of this job? I am an aide at a LTC facility and I have asked our assessment coordinator numerous questions, numerous times about certain things in my residents charts, such as things that shouldn't be in there anymore, or things that should be added, and she doesn't seem to know anything about anything. I like this woman personally, but she always seems to shrug off what I ask, and act like it's someone else's job to change and amend residents care plans
/cards as their condition or situation changes. Just curious.
