Tma

i am a TMA and i get the feeling a few of my charge nurses think im more of a pain in the butt than anything else.if i could poke people i would but as a tma we dont do shots or acu checks.maybe those select few nurses would rather work with a pool tma wich usually turns out to be a nightmare!any other tma,s out there who have felt like this?
