Texas TILE nurses

I am unsure of your acronyms, I do not know what a TILE position is and I do not know what "E's" are. I am MDS/Care Plan Coordinator at a small LTC facility in Illinois. If you are looking for computer software to make your job easier, I would suggest a company called LTC Solutions. The corporation that I work for uses this company and they have software that follows the MDS.
