Stress Relief in Elderly

I am a first semester ADN student and we were assigned a teaching project. And my groups project is Stress Relief. And our focus is on the elderly... DOes anyone know of any sites or places where I can look to find information geared towards the elderly..

the elderly alert patient/resident themselves.............
don't know if your school pollicy or time frame allows for this, but it is a kicker to learn at the feet of the elders........
