staffing

I am an RN, taking an Organizational Behavior class with a group of MBA students. We have been assigned to a project, and need to create, from the ground up, an organization in Healthcare. The group chose a Nursing home. I need to know what is the avg. stagging per patient for RNs, LPNs and CNAs. I have no backround in Nursing homes or SNF. thanks!

We just got new regs at the beginning of the year from JACHO.
Our minimums are 7-3 1:7; 3-11 1:10 and 11-7 1:16. These are direct care staff. Hope this is what you want! Oh we have 301
residents.
