I am working with group of MBA students on a project that involves designing an organization from the ground up. We were assigned to the healthcare industry. I am an RN and one other member is an RN, unfortunately we don't have backrounds in this type of nursing. what is the ratio of staff to each member/patient usually run? RNs, LPNs, and CNAs. Thank you.
