Should I take this job???

I need help making a decision. I have been unhappy at my job for a few months now. Some of you may remember that our admin has been on leave for substance abuse for a few months. Corporate has been letting us run the show since she's been out and stringing us along as to whether or not she will be coming back or whether we will be getting a new administrator. This has been a tough time on all of us as there hasn't been a clear leader and everyone has been doing their own thing. It has lead to a lot of infighting, griping, and general unhappiness. Corporate says they will have an answer this week, but we have heard that before. I have been casually looking around and interviewed as the DON at a newish facility yesterday. It is beautiful and the residents seem happy. Here's where it gets tough. I LOVE the job that I have now. Times are tough there, but i am hoping they turn around soon. This new facility would like me to come in and retrain all the staff and have a more managerial role than I actually have now. I am not sure I am as qualified for this role as they think I am as I only have 2 years experience with staff supervision. Also, they do not offer benefits. That makes me nervous. What kind of company doesn't offer benefits? Those are the only 2 cons about this job. Cons about my old job are I am nervous about corporate possibly bringing back a manager whose staff had to turn her in for substance abuse. What if she becomes retaliatory? What if things don't turn around in the attitude department? What if they bring in a new admin that is worse than the one with substance abuse issues? I just don't know what to do? I would hate to leave the residents and my co-workers that i love, but I just can't keep going on like this...
