Hi,

What procedure is being used for "seated Transfer" in Long Term Care Setting?

Do you mean from a chair to a wheelchair? Or a chair to a bed? It all depends on the ability of the resident. Unless the resident is independent, our CNAs are supposed to use a gait belt even with a 2 person assist.
