Can someone explain what salsa is ? Is it difficult to learn on the job?

All I know is that salsa has to do with documentation in assisted living facilities !! If that is correct ?

I Googled it, actually this site and page was listed fifth!!, didn't find anything worth posting- there are salsa style nursing uniforms, there are nursing homes that have salsa classes and parties, other than that I struck out

Thank you, Talino you are right. Supervisor of assisted living services agency. I goggled it,don't know why I did'nt think of that !
