restorative ideas

by zuchRN

I need suggions! We have restorative at our facility. It includes amb, rom, dining, bracing/splints,adls etc. I have a rna who is totally in charge of program and very knowledgable. There is also another rna. We have 104 resident's..not all of which are on caseload.
I am looking for a better way to supervise the program. Being a don I cannot follow her around all day, but I truly believe that it is not getting done as it should.
what kinds of things do you do in your facility where restorative is concerned?
please let me kow how your programs are set up!!! Thank you so much!
