41 patients
day shift: 3 med/treatment nurses, 1 nurse manager, 1 secretary, 4 CNAs.
evenings: 2 nurses, 4 CNA's
nights 1 nurse, 2 CNA's
We average 2-3 admits and discharges a day. We take admits straight from the ER.
One night we had an admit at midnight.
One evening we had a 92 year old woman admitted straight from the OR!!! they skipped the recovery room and sent her to us.
Who says you lose your nursing skills working in a SNF?!?!?

On 3/11 Shift if 'all beds are full' we have 60 patients, 2 Nurse's, and 5 CNA's. We used to have 6 CNA's on Evenings, but when our Census started going down we dropped from 6 to 5 CNA's.
11/7 Shift has 1 Nurse and 3 CNA's, and that is even when they have 60 Patients.
7/3 has 2 Nurse's, 1 CMT, 5 CNA's and a Restorative CNA, plus a Nurse Manager.
