    I interivewed for a prn position with a ltc and was hired. They are offering an assignment but I'm not understanding what it would involve.

    I was wondering, before I talk with them, if anyone could tell me something about it so I'm not talking blindly to them.

    They said I WOULD BE DOING THE pae/PAARSAR. For patients/admits..and infection control tracking.
    Any ideas on what this is..and if its a good start...it would be my very 1st job.
