Night differential

I just received an offer from the skilled nursing facility here in playa del rey ca where i live and the DSD i spoke to said i'll be paid 33.80/hr for 3-11 shift as an RN supervisor. I'm just wondering if that already includes the night differential pay or just the base pay per hour. I didn't get the chance to ask her about that. But i'll start my orientation on tuesday, so i guess i'll make that clear with her.

3-11 shift will usually have less of a differential compared to 11-7 shift. That said, it is difficult to say whether or not the differential is added in. Ask your manager. Best of luck.

I worked LTC before and the facility I was at had no differential for shifts...sucked. She probably would have mentioned a differential or it's already included in your rate.
