Need literatur help for my thesis - thanks!

Hello everybody ;-)

I am german student how is preparing for his thesis. The topic idea is:
" A comparision of selected quality systems in nursing homes between Germany and the US ".

The emphasis will be in:

- professionalization and education
- legal quality issues
- and quality assurance systems ( certficates of quality like the MBNQ Award etc)

I would be really thankful, if you could give me some assitance with literature
in those three areas. Especailly books about the legal issues and quality assurance systems would be of great help.
