Longterm care vs assisted living

I'm a new grad in assisted living. my job as the charge lpn is: to supervise cnas and other UAP, do treatments, wound care, follow up wit labs and new orders, do assesments, lots and lots of charting, implementing the plan of care, and the list goes on. the plus is that I don't pass meds however if short a medtech I have to pass some.

this is about it in a nutshell unless your place does not have a medtech then add the medpass...
