Law suits in LTC

In my area there has been a recent increase in advertisements for LTC lawsuits by a few attorneys. I was just wondering if you have seen an increase in your areas?? I haven't been involved or know of any in my area, but you cant turn on the TV or drive down the road without seeing a sigh or ad on the readio

Yes in my area there seems to be more lawyer ads on TV for medical malpractice suits. People seems to be suing the nursing homes in my area much more than in the "old days." Lawyers also mention decubitus ulcers in their ads on the internet.

Yes, same here. Ads on TV and newspaper. It doesn't help that we have been having a lot of problems in Long Term Care in our state as it is.
