How much do SDC's make?

My DON has very graciously offered to give me a raise for my new SDC duties and wants to know how much she should pay me! Can anyone help me with a wage scale? I'm at a rural nursing home in Colorado, and an LPN-IV. Do you all make what the floor/staff nurses make or is it different? Please let me know so I can give her a reasonable answer! Thanks!
