OK all you LTC nurses. Please read my thread, "Should I tell the UM or should I wait for them to do it first?" In the General Nursing Discussion Forum. Please, I need some feedback. :o :confused:

Night Owl, I responded to your other post, you know in your heart you must report the incident. It really bothers me that you were put in the middle, what possible excuse could those nurses have for covering up a fall? Geeze, I feel for you but you know what is the right thing to do.
