Florida LTC

Hi, I am an RN with 10 years experience. I have been working at a ltc facility for almost 8 months now doing MDS, restorative, etc. I am going back to the floor on Baylor soon (I am always pulled to the floor anyways) I work In Pinellas county. Just curious, what other RNs in FL in ltc are making hourly. Also, any tips on working Baylor days?
