Haven't gotten mine yet. But wondering why my friend who has 4.0, all core done, and did REALLY well on HESI didn't get in. 
scares me.

Yes I was super shocked they sent it early! It was scheduled to go out July 11. But I'm glad the wait is over! Thank you On another thread that I started, that happened to someone too and it turned out, they sent the acceptance letter to a diff. girl with the same last name. So now they have to contact the other girl and tell her she wasn't accepted! >.<

Yay! Congrats! - Jun 22, '11 by dartonRN1983Thank you all. I don't know if my sending a letter to Darton along with an email helped or not. I pointed out in my letter that her grandmother was a 1976 Darton (Albany Jr. College) graduate from the nursing program and I am a 1983 graduate plus I pointed out the fact that she has been working full-time at Phoebe while attending school. Maybe they looked at just the fact that she made the Dean's List last semester along with her HESI scores. Whatever they looked at, it is a relief to her and me that she made it in.
