I am taking prerequisites now and have had nothing but a great experience so far. I attended a huge university over 25 years ago and am returning for another degree and am impressed with the ease of scheduling, etc.

The chart you posted is in reference to the school being approved by the state BON, not accredited by the NLNAC. Two entirely different matters. Nursing programs have to have state approval in order to operate, but NLNAC (or CCNE) accreditation is an additional, voluntary process that shows the school meets a higher standard than the minimum required by the state.

According to the school's website, Chattahoochee Tech's ADN program is currently in the process of seeking NLNAC accreditation.
