Wellstar or Kaiser

What is the secret "keyword" to get past the online application for Wellstar or Kaiser? They both have their online customer service assessments and Kaiser has a pediatric med amin test (each question is timed) and Kaiser said I wasn't qualified and to try again in 6 months. I applied for an opening with Wellstar in the only field I've worked in my entire nursing career and got the automated reply that I did not meet their minimum criteria. How can I get my foot in the door with either one? They are the only two healthcare systems near me and refuse in-person resumes. I had the manager of one location give me her direct email but still had to go through the website--only to get denied again. I'm thinking I've been blacklisted. Any advice? Thanks!!

It's for LPN in many of their clinic settings. I've been an LPN for 8 years with experience only in office/clinic settings, so well beyond their minimum requirements, and even in the specialty that I've been exclusively in for the past 6 years I still get the "you're not qualified" email without my resume being submitted for a person to read. I'm very tired of my work hours where I'm at and it's near impossible to find office/clinic that's not a Wellstar or Kaiser facility.

Maybe I misunderstood when I glanced at their job summary, but Wellstar offers a "nurse residency" program - but they explicitly state that it isn't just for new nurses, it's also for experienced nurses who may not have enough experience in other areas to get hired, which sounds to me like your situation. Maybe try applying that way?

I'll try. I'm an LPN so I know the bigger hospitals won't hire me, so it's down to the offices and maybe urgent care. Thanks!
