Stopped in to see the program coordinator with the hope of getting a peek at the uniform, but she wasn't in, and the uniforms were locked in her office. Sat down in the office next to hers and was told the following:

Uniforms HAVE changed -- blue pants, white top. We'll get choice of tops. She thinks they're cute, somebody else I know who's seen them called them "horrible." It's all subjective, I suppose.

Info packets are going out VIA E-MAIL, and we should see something by the end of the week. They are putting some finishing touches on things.

She suggested you get started on things like vaccinations immediately -- especially Hep B, which is a series.

Thank goodness for the extra info. I am happy about the uniform changes as well as packets being emailed. Now to work towards getting the books at a REASONABLE price. I am good on all shots and vaccinations since I work for a hospital (its mandatory of course). Does anyone know if we would need a lab coat/jacket? To include the nursing patch on it? I was wondering about lab times as well as keeping warm in the fall...heehee :)

I was also wondering if anybody is/has taken the COMP 1000 exemption test. I am scheduled to take it on Wednesday and would appreciate any insight.

Also, I am interested in any study partners/groups once the program starts, so please keep me in mind.

If you look back a few pages in this thread you will see where ppl posted their GPA and Kaplan scores... hope this helps. Good luck with A&P...it's a lot of work but you will learn a lot!
