Is there hope?

I am currently going I to my junior year of college at KSU and Georgia Highlands and I feel so lost with nursing schools right now. I am officially done with all my prerequisites however some I have had to retake. I took A&P 1 and made a C in both lecture and lab. I re-took it and got an A in both. I took A&P 2 and got a C in both lecture and lab. I re-took it and got a B in both. Micro I got a D :( which I will be re-taking this fall. I've heard so much about how schools look down on re-taking science courses so now I'm so discouraged to apply. I was not motivated my first 2 years of schools and now that I know I want to be a nurse I'm afraid I'm too late. At this point I'm willing to do anything! I'll re-take all my classes, I volunteer, I will apply any where! I'm motivated!

Are there any schools in Georgia that take your highest grade for a class? Ones that don't punish you for re-taking classes?

Look into Columbus technical college spring 2015. They take your highest scores and application deadline is October 1st. Good luck

There is always hope. :) But I think the bigger issue is that you need to do what you need to do to get the better grade the first time! You won't get so many chances for the do-overs in nursing school. You can clearly get the grades, so do what you gotta!! Good luck. :)

Georgia Highlands takes your highest scores. I graduated from the LPN-RN Bridge program in 2013.
