Hi all. The application for Emory's BSN program recently became available. I am SO excited to finally be at this point after taking pre-reqs for 2.5 years! I am hoping to connect with other Emory hopefuls during this nerve wracking process! Anyone else planning to apply for next Fall?

Hey guys,

First congrads to the newest nursing students to Emory, I am currently a fall 2015 hopeful so im sitting in the same position that many of you were in a year or more ago. I have been working on my BSN traditional application for sometime not but I have hit a road block on constructing the statement of purpose and the resume. Normally I am good at writing and I have went through several drafts of the paper but it either turns out to long or to short or it becomes a tangent. From what I have heard a lot of weight is placed on both of these papers. My question is can any of you give me some advice on how you constructed your papers or any general advice on the purpose statement or resume in general?

I'd be happy to give you tips. While I ended up attending a different school, I got in to Emory's Fall 2014 cohort.
