Can any of you share about what supplies I need and the cost of the program? I see they let you know last year a few weeks earlier than this year. What can I expect to have to pay during orientation? I have a friend who had to pay around $400 during orientation for LPN program.

We only had to pay around $70 for our background check the first day. The books are expensive but you can find cheap alternatives. And you won't need all the "required" books that the bookstore lists right away. You will need the fundamentals book by potter and perry. I used an edition a year older that I got on textbooks.com for around $10 including shipping. They will tell you during orientation about the health things you have to get done. It was a full physical and all your immunizations etc. the cost of tuition is just over $1100 a semester I think now. I paid about $909 and some change for this semester. Some of those in our class got loans and some have grants and some pay out of pocket. I have done a little of all three and still by the time I finish it'll be less than one semester at KSU.

Hi does anyone know how long it will take in years to finish the nursing program courses and how they break down the amount of classes you take per semester and whether they do summer classes?
