You have to either keep calling and calling and calling until you finally talk with someone knowledgeable (third time was a charm for me) or just go over there. Speaking of going over there, they hold Open Houses multiple times per year--they just had one in Jan and one again yesterday 3/16 (don't know when the next one is).
I don't know the exact dates they start but I was told by a rep of Chamberlain they admit new students 3 times a year: Jan, May and Sept--there was no mention of November....
As far as the tuition goes, you'll have to set up an appointment and take your unofficial transcripts over for evaluation to figure out what will transfer (and what you'll still be required to take--this will give you an idea of what your tuition will end up being).
In any event, Good Luck! Maybe I'll see you over there (I have to find out if I can get enough in student loans to at least cover most of the tuition/books--I'm not sure I'll be able to afford it
