You might try a teaching hospital. What is your background?

Mostly ER but some ICU and med/surg as well. I am looking at memorial health in Savannah. Anyone know about if this is a good place to work, pay, benefits, etc?

The last time I worked in that area, St. Joseph's/Candler paid their ER floats better than Memorial did. I enjoyed all the EDs, but St. Joe's the most. Typically the way nurses in that area get raises is to leave one health system and go to the other.
