The competition is fierce! I am part of the first BSN class and it was hard for me as a post bacc student! If you can go online, to see who your advisor would be and talk to her. Considering Augusta State is a great option. Good luck in your quest for nursing school!

With a 3.5 you should not have a problem gettin in, although the nursing department take students with the highest average for that particular entrance so, so if the averages is around 3.6, 3.8 and they are letting in say 50 students if 50 of them got a b/w 3.6 and up they are getting in and you may get an alternate letter. but if the average is around your GPA then you should not have a problem unless there is a outstanding number of applicants that applied with the GPA and there is only so many seats.
