Hi everyone, I know there is a lot of time to apply but I missed the deadline for Fall 2012 and I was just wondering if anyone else is applying. This is a really good website to share information etc.
Thanks.

After submitting your application, how do you login OPUS? I just want to know if they already received my transcript.

Did anyone do their application through NursingCAS?
Thanks!

For the person who got below the national average don't feel bad, I got a 56 on the teas last year. The national average was a 63 when I took it. The teas only measures what you retained from HS. I don't know why they use it as an admit test, it's not like scoring low or high will indicate your successfulness in a nursing program.
I would just like everyone to know Emory is crazy expensive. And please don't make the mistake of acquiring large loans. I opted for a community college AS program instead, which only costs me 1.5K a semester. Associate degree rns make a dollar less than a BSN rn per hour.
@lafemme1046 Thanks! I'm just a bit skeptical that all my materials will be sent by them to Emory. I applied to my home institution using NursingCAS and since my transcripts were all already on there it made it more convenient for me to apply to Emory rather than resending them.
I don't want to wait another year to apply to the program.
Yeah, I'm so nervous.. do you know when they will send out admission letters? I keep checking my OPUS account "To do list" and there is something new everyday that I have to submit. Anyone else have to send their HS transcript? I graduated 3 years ago and my school doesn't have it. For some reason, I also have to submit a TOEFL score.. even though I'm fluent in English.
Do you have everything completed? or do you have things under your to do list?
What college did you go to get your AS degree? are you working now?
No, but good luck to you!! :)

Yes, I had to submit my TOEFL score.
But Ms.Weinert says, because I'm an international applicant, they can waive the requirement for my high school transcript.
Hope this help you! :)

Aren't we suppose to get notified around March 1st? I keep on checking my OPUS account, but I'm kind of confused by it all. :/
