Anyone Applying to NGCSU for Fall 2013?

Hello! I just submitted my application to NGCSU for next fall. I'm trying to figure out what typical stats are...I have seen posts from previous years and I am getting discouraged about getting in! I didn't think I needed to take A&P and Micro before the application deadline so I will only have A&P 1 completed by then...I'm trying to figure out if that is going to seriously hurt my chances. I have a BS in Chemistry from NGCSU so I have several science classes but my GPA was low...I really want to go to school there!!!! Does anyone know typical stats for students that are accepted?

Thanks. Last year I was in the middle portion of the waitlist. This year I was told I'm at the top portion. So the waiting continues.....

When will you hear from UWG?

Oh wait so you already got your letter... Yeah I'm emailing today. And I probably won't hear back from them until mid March.

Yes I got wait listed again. So I emailed them yesterday and asked where I was on the waiting list. I was told I am in the top group. Last year this time I was in the middle group. So we will see what happens ....

I got a letter stating I didn't get in because they didn't have my TEAS score...apparently I have to go up to the school with an official copy of my marriage license to get them to update the system to my married name, which is what my TEAS score was under...you have got to be kidding me!!! Oh well, I think best case I would have been wait listed anyways! Now I wait to hear from GPC!!!

Nikki and ashbrock I hope you guys get good news!!!! I really think N.GA needs to redo their criteria for admissions...it seems like they're passing up really qualified people:( I really hope you guys get pulled off the wait list!!! Good luck!

Wow!!! They must have had a lot of ppl calling to send out that email they did Thursday. Hopefully someone will email you back Monday.
