Any Hospitals in the Atlanta area still using agency nurses?

Just wondering if there are any hospitals in the atlanta area still using agency nurses. I hear a lot about new RNs not finding work and units closing b/c they dont have enough patients. So what is happening to nurses that are primarily agency nurses? any thoughts?
