What's good about County Hospitals?


I am graduating end of this year, and I'm thinking about places to apply for..... what are the pros and cons of working at a county hospital, as opposed to private hospitals?

I just found out that if you work for a public hospital for 10 years while you are paying on your student loans, any remaining balance will be forgiven.

im in state of california, local county hospitals are USC and UCLA.
