Went to Orientation yesterday

I had orientation yesterday and got my schedule for fall. Here is my schedule:

M - Health Assessment Lec (10:00 am - 11:50 am)

T - Health Assemment Lab (10:00 am - 11:50 am)

Basic Nursing Concepts Lec ( 1:00 pm - 2:50 pm)

TH- Basic Nursing Concepts Lab (10:00 am - 11:50 am)

Basic Nursing Concepts Lec ( 1:00 pm - 2:50 pm)

Sat - Clinical (7:00 am - 2:00 pm)

I tried to get everything just T/TH/S, but they had certain options you could do and it didn't work for me. This schedule seems pretty good, I will only have to go to school on Monday for a few hours and hopefully I will be able to use the school daycare for my son. Then I only need daycare for T&TH. But they did mention that we have to make sure we get into the lab for extra practice time to ensure we can do our skills checkoff.

They gave us all the info we need to get our physicals, shots, fingerprints etc. I have time to take care of it between now and August (so it seems)

Wow!!! I Know you must be so excited....It was just yesterday that I was sitting very excited in my orientation back in Jan. I can't beleive the first semester is almost over and Nursing 1 will be under my belt (3 more exams and finals) Wish me luck!!! Time will fly by and the amount of knowledge you learn in that first semester is mind blowing...Buckle down and get ready, you are on your way!!! Keep us posted on your new journey!

I have to do my schedule Mon. My orientation is not till the 13th of May. I can't wait.
