sorry for the lateness! i had surgery friday & developed some complications over the weekend, but i am back to normal now.

my update: 170/170/125 (starting weight/current weight/goal weight)

my husband & i cleaned out our pantry tonight. we threw out all the junk food. i am so embarrassed about my weight. i can't fit into any of my jeans. the only pants i can wear are my scrubs and sweat pants. i absolutely refuse to buy any larger sizes.

how is everyone else doing? how was your weekend and your new year's day? i hope everyone else has had a more productive week than i did.

Lost 4.5 lbs at my first weigh in on Saturday. Opted out of the fast track program. Didn't want to torture myself and rather loose it slowly. Good thing too because we had a big stone crab feast the other night. Would have hated to have missed out on that one.

Week two and all is well!!

I've also lost 4 lbs this past two weeks since starting the new semester! I've hardly had time to exercise, but the points friendly lunches I've been packing, and reduced weekly consuption of wine with dinner is working! Plus, I've really been pushing the fluids, drinking a splash of cranberry juice and a lot of water in a big glass of crushed ice, or crystal light, or plain water.
